Pay: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and performance.

Responsibilities:
As a Property Preparation Specialist, you may be responsible for:
Deep cleaning vacant residential homes
Preparing homes for professional real estate photography, showings, and listing appointments
Deep, detailed cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and utility spaces
Cleaning windows, mirrors, doors, trim, baseboards, cabinets, and light fixtures
Cleaning the inside of appliances and cabinets
Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all surfaces
Removing cobwebs, debris, and light junk when needed
Assisting with odor removal and pet odor treatments
Steam cleaning and sanitizing when assigned
Pressure washing and exterior cleaning when assigned
Following company cleaning systems and quality standards
Ensuring every property is market-ready before completion

We're looking for someone who:
Has professional residential or commercial cleaning experience (preferred, but not required).
Has exceptional attention to detail
Takes pride in producing high-quality work
Is dependable and punctual
Works well independently and as part of a team
Is coachable and willing to learn our systems
Communicates professionally
Is honest, trustworthy, and respectful of every property
Wants to grow with a locally owned company
Requirements:
Professional residential or commercial cleaning experience is required
Reliable transportation
Valid driver's license
Ability to pass a background check
Professional references
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
This position is primarily a weekend position (Saturday and Sunday). As our company continues to grow, additional weekday hours may become available. Applicants should be available to work weekends consistently.

This is a physically active position. Applicants must be able to:
Stand, walk, bend, kneel, squat, and reach for extended periods
Safely climb ladders
Lift and carry at least 20 pounds
Work in vacant residential properties and occasionally outdoors
Work around dust, construction debris, pet hair, insects, rodent droppings, and other conditions commonly found in vacant homes while using appropriate safety precautions
