As a Pool Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of swimming pools, providing exceptional service to our clients while maintaining high standards of quality.
Duties
- Perform routine pool cleaning and maintenance tasks, including skimming, vacuuming, and brushing pool surfaces.
- Conduct regular inspections of pool equipment to identify any necessary repairs or replacements.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for equipment repair and maintenance tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of service performed on each pool, including chemical balances and equipment status.
- Communicate with clients regarding their pool maintenance needs and provide recommendations for improvements or repairs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices while performing all duties.
- Respond promptly to service calls and emergencies as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in pool maintenance or as a service technician is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and repair various pool equipment.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in pool maintenance tasks.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple service appointments effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- A valid driver's license is required for travel between job sites.
