Part-time Residential Cleaning Technician

We’re Pristine Pelican Cleaning Company, and yes, we do clean houses, but more importantly, we help people feel amazing in their spaces. Our clients love us because we’re reliable, detail-obsessed, and genuinely kind humans.

We’re growing and looking for more awesome people to join our crew. If you're the kind of person who gets a little thrill from a sparkling sink or a freshly vacuumed floor — and loves working with good people, keep reading.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Making homes shine from top to bottom — dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing kitchens and bathrooms (we’ve got systems to make it smooth)
• Working solo or in a team depending on the job
• Keeping a friendly, respectful vibe with every client you meet
• Moving with purpose — our days are active but rewarding
• Using our tools and eco-friendly products safely and effectively
• After hours availability required

Who You Are:

• Reliable, responsible, and on time — always
• Positive, energetic, and down-to-earth
• Not afraid to sweat a little and get the job done right
• Detail-focused — if you notice the little things, you’ll fit right in
• Experienced in cleaning? Awesome. No experience? We’ll train you!

Why You’ll Love It Here:

• Flexible schedules & steady hours — because life happens
• Low-drama, high-respect team — we look out for each other
• Tips bonuses because your hard work should be rewarded
• Room to grow — raises, promotions, and leadership roles available
• Appreciation, not just expectation — we genuinely value our crew
• You won’t be micromanaged — just supported and trusted
