We are seeking industrious individuals to join our residential painting teams for the upcoming season. This is an active, fun, outdoor position perfect for those who enjoy physical work and seeing a tangible transformation at the end of every day. No professional painting background? No problem—we provide all the training necessary to master the trade.
Core Responsibilities
- Project Execution: Apply professional-grade paint and finishes to residential exteriors across various Columbus neighborhoods.
- Surface Prep: Handle essential preparatory work including pressure washing, surface scraping, and priming.
- Material Handling: Manage the transport and organization of paint, ladders, and tools (extra pay is offered for team members capable of moving heavy equipment).
- Efficiency: Work as part of a crew to complete 10-hour shifts while maintaining high quality-control standards.
Requirements
- Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Mobility: A valid Driver’s License and consistent, reliable transportation are mandatory.
- Availability: Willingness to work a 40–50 hour week (Monday–Friday) with occasional weekend shifts to meet project deadlines.
- Physicality: Comfortable working on ladders and in varying outdoor weather conditions.
