Front Desk Associate/Receptionist Position

Pristine Health Services Inc. is seeking a professional, organized, and dependable Front Desk Associate/Receptionist to join our team. The primary responsibility of this position is to provide professional front-desk and administrative support. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming and professional environment for employees, individuals served, families, visitors, and business partners. The employee may also be asked to provide direct support coverage for DSP shifts when there is an unexpected staffing need, including after-hours, weekends, or other times when coverage is required. This additional responsibility is intended to provide operational flexibility and ensure continuity of services.

Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

· Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, employees, participants, families, and other individuals contacting the organization.

· Greet visitors and provide professional and courteous assistance.

· Respond to general inquiries and direct questions to the appropriate department or staff member.

· Receive and distribute mail, deliveries, documents, and other correspondence.

· Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.

· Assist with scheduling meetings, interviews, appointments, and other office activities.

· Maintain visitor and office logs as required.

· Assist with photocopying, scanning, filing, data entry, and other administrative duties.

· Maintain confidentiality of employee, individual, and organizational information.

· Assist the HR department with administrative tasks, including recruitment and onboarding support when needed.

· Assist with organizing employee and staff documentation.

· Support general office operations and perform other administrative duties as assigned.

· Provide direct support to individuals served in accordance with their person-centered plans and organizational policies.

· Assist individuals with activities of daily living and community participation as applicable to the assignment.

· Support individuals with meaningful day activities and community integration.

· Promote independence, dignity, choice, and respect.

· Complete required service documentation accurately and within established timelines.

· Follow all applicable agency policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

· Report incidents, concerns, changes in condition, or safety issues promptly through the appropriate channels.

· Maintain professional communication with individuals served, families, coworkers, and supervisors.

· Follow all applicable safety, emergency, infection-control, and confidentiality requirements.

· Provide coverage for open DSP shifts when assigned and available.

Important: DSP responsibilities may require the employee to work outside the regular 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM office schedule, including evenings, weekends, or other coverage periods. Employees will be notified of available coverage needs and scheduling will be based on operational requirements.

Qualifications

· High school diploma or equivalent required.

· Previous front desk, receptionist, administrative, customer service, healthcare, or human services experience preferred.

· Previous DSP experience is preferred.

· Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities is a plus.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Professional and welcoming demeanor.

· Strong organizational and time-management skills.

· Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

· Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, and basic computer applications.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Must be willing and able to provide DSP coverage when assigned.

· DDA - related training or experience.

· CPR/First Aid certification.

· Experience with healthcare or human services organizations.

· Experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 60.0 per week
