Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaning Technician to join our professional cleaning team. Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal in commercial spaces such as offices, retail stores, and industrial facilities
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas according to established protocols
- Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, mops, etc.
- Restock supplies like paper towels, soap, and toilet paper to ensure continuous availability
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Follow all safety procedures and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and attention to detail in all assigned areas
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services is preferred
- Strong knowledge of custodial practices and cleaning techniques
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to safety standards
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good physical stamina; ability to stand for extended periods, lift light to moderate loads, and perform repetitive tasks efficiently
- Reliable time management skills to complete assigned tasks within scheduled shifts
