Job Summary
Pristine Clean Mobile Details is hiring a Mobile Detailing Crew Leader to help lead one of our mobile detailing crews.
This is a hands-on leadership position. You will be working in the field with a helper or crew, traveling to customer locations, performing professional vehicle detailing services, and making sure each job is completed correctly, efficiently, and up to company standards.
This is not a desk job. You must be willing to work outside, stay organized, communicate well, lead by example, and take pride in the finished result. We are looking for someone who can be dependable, coachable, professional with customers, and capable of helping a team stay on track throughout the day.
Paid training is provided.
Responsibilities
- Lead a mobile detailing crew at customer locations
- Perform exterior washes, interior cleaning, vacuuming, wipe-downs, windows, tire dressing, and other detailing services
- Help with deeper cleaning services such as stain cleaning, pet hair removal, extraction, polishing, and paint enhancement when trained
- Make sure jobs are completed efficiently and to company standards
- Check the work before leaving each job
- Communicate professionally with customers when needed
- Keep tools, chemicals, towels, and equipment organized
- Help train and guide helpers or newer technicians
- Follow company procedures for quality, safety, and customer service
- Communicate with management about job issues, delays, customer concerns, or supply needs
- Represent the company well while working at homes, businesses, offices, marinas, and other customer locations
Skills and Qualifications
- Detailing, cleaning, car wash, housekeeping, janitorial, or hands-on service experience is helpful
- Leadership or crew lead experience is preferred but not required for the right person
- Must be dependable and show up on time
- Must be able to work outside in Texas weather
- Must be able to move quickly while still doing quality work
- Must be comfortable working around vehicles, customers, equipment, and cleaning chemicals
- Must have good communication skills
- Must be able to follow instructions and company systems
- Must take pride in doing the job right
- Must be willing to learn our way of doing things
