Junior Content Producer JOB DESCRIPTIONWe are seeking an entry-level content producer to join our team and play a crucial role in the production of educational content, both in VR and in accompanying materials. The ideal candidate will have a passion for ed-tech, be a self-starter who is excited to learn, and is motivated by Prisms' mission to transform learning for students worldwide. This role will report to the Head of Content Development.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESSupport VR module production:Perform any production tasks required by the team, including research, maintaining and updating content management systems, product testing, and more Collaborate with content leaders, product managers, engineers, and artists through an iterative development process Support the development of curriculum materials:Organize and maintain organizational systems for multimedia classroom materials Update or revise materials as needed Collaborate with cross-functional teams:Work closely with content developers, engineers, artists, and company leadership to ensure clarity and alignmentCommunicate frequently and effectively Execute on assignments and deliverables with efficiency and punctualityREQUIREMENTSCommitment to transforming and reimagining educationBachelor's degree Excellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organizational skills Basic editing/design ability (short-form video, Canva, simple tools)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExceptional time management skills; ability to prioritize and handle concurrent projectsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to flexibly meet across time zones (EST and PST)NICE TO HAVESFamiliarity with VR hardware and software, such as Pico, Quest, or similar platformsExperience with project management tools such as Jira ADDITIONAL INFORMATIONFull-time role, based at our San Francisco office Competitive salary commensurate with experience EQUAL OPPORTUNITY WORKPLACEPrisms is an equal-opportunity employer committed to providing an equitable and inclusive work environment that ensures that all applicants and team members are treated with dignity and respect.
