PrismPro Cleaning Solutions is hiring part-time Cleaning Technicians to clean residential and commercial spaces across the Wichita area. You will travel between jobs, follow our checklists to get each space right, and take real pride in the work you leave behind.

New technicians start as a Cleaning Technician Trainee at $15.00/hour. Once the on the job portion of your training is complete (most graduate in about 5 shifts), you graduate to Cleaning Technician I, where pay increases to $16.25/hour plus tips, and you also become eligible for our incentive plan. We promote from within, our current manager started as a cleaning technician, so there's a real path beyond that for the right person.

How we work: We give feedback fast, so you always know how you're doing and where to improve. That's how we keep quality consistent and keep you growing. When something's great, you'll hear about it right away, in front of the team. When something needs work, we coach it quickly and privately. High standards aren't a slogan here, we hold every tech to them, and we reward the ones who rise to meet them. We can teach almost anyone how to clean. We can't teach character, and that's what we're really looking for.

Pay:
Paid mileage and paid drive time between jobs
Weekly bonuses across three categories, quality, attendance, and efficiency, on top of your pay
Tips split between teams, though these vary week to week
Between base pay, drive time, mileage, and bonuses, our technicians reliably earn above the starting rate

Requirements:
Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and auto insurance
Daytime availability preferred, weekend availability a real plus
Open to regular feedback and coaching, and comfortable being evaluated on your work
Willingness to complete a background check and a paid trial clean
