Position Summary:
We are seeking a Human Resources (HR) Manager to lead and manage all HR functions within our organization. This role will serve as a key HR leader, coordinating with our external HR service provider to ensure effective HR practices. The Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, optimizing talent management, promoting a positive company culture, and ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact between our organization and our external HR service provider, overseeing HR operations like payroll, benefits, and compliance.
- Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives for talent acquisition, onboarding, training, and retention.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs that align with organizational goals and industry standards.
- Provide guidance and support to leadership and employees on HR matters, including conflict resolution and career development.
- Utilize HR analytics and reporting to assess workforce trends and inform decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Experience managing external HR service providers is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance regulations.
