Job Summary
PRISMGLOBAL 360 is seeking Medication Aide/Certified Nursing Assistant to provide patient care under medical or nursing supervision in healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications to residents according to physician orders and facility policies.
- Monitor residents for medication side effects and adverse reactions.
- Document medication administration accurately in resident records.
- Check medication dosages, schedules, and routes before administration.
Requirements
CNA License for WY State, BLS by AHA, Driver's license and Co-Vid Vaccination Card OR Religious exemption form
Recent 2 years of Medication Aide/Certified Nursing Assistant experience required.
- Commitment to 3x12-hour shifts weekly for at least 13 weeks.
