The Role
This is a Founding AI Deployment Strategist role. You will own how Prismera gets deployed inside customer environments, how workflows are translated into the product, how users adopt the platform, how value is proven, and how customer reality feeds back into product direction.
The core problem is this: commercial real estate portfolio operations are still run through fragmented systems, manual processes, buried documents, and institutional habits that should have been replaced years ago. Critical work is still done through email chains, spreadsheets, PDFs, and human memory. The people inside the industry know how painful this is, but most have simply learned to live with it. That is not what we are building.
We are looking for someone who has worked in commercial real estate closely enough to have had the realization that this entire category is far more manual, fragmented, and poorly served than it should be. Someone who has seen how work actually gets done, how much friction exists between documents and decisions, and how much opportunity there is to rebuild these workflows properly with AI.
What You’ll Do
- Own the end-to-end deployment of Prismera across customer accounts.
- Design how Prismera fits into each customer’s operating environment.
- Work directly with users across acquisitions, leasing, asset management, legal, operations, and portfolio leadership.
- Drive adoption across teams and stakeholders.
- Identify and develop expansion opportunities.
- Act as the connective tissue between customer, product, and leadership.
- Develop deep expertise in both Prismera and the operational reality of institutional CRE.
Who You Are
- 2–5 years of experience in commercial real estate, ideally in acquisitions, asset management, portfolio operations, leasing, legal, underwriting, or another workflow-heavy role where you worked closely with the underlying documents and operational processes.
- You are comfortable with AI-native products and eager to work deeply with them. You do not need to be an engineer, but you should be highly fluent with modern AI tools and excited by how they can be deployed in serious enterprise settings.
- You have worked in CRE closely enough to see how much important work still runs on broken systems, manual review, and operational drag, and you are excited by the idea of helping change that.
- You are highly structured and commercially sharp. You can take ambiguous customer situations, break them into clear problems, and drive toward outcomes that create real enterprise value.
- You are strong with customers. You can build trust with both senior executives and day-to-day operators, and you know how to move between strategic conversations and detailed execution without losing credibility.
- You are energized by workflows, not intimidated by them. You like understanding how real work gets done and finding the leverage points that make it faster, cleaner, and more scalable.
- You have strong product instincts. You can tell the difference between a one-off customer request and a signal that should shape the roadmap.
- You move fast, operate with high ownership, and do not wait around for perfect instructions. You close gaps.
