Prismatik Dentalcraft is a division of Glidewell Dental
Essential Functions:
- To assist in the design, development, testing, and deployment of machinery and processes for automated manufacturing of mass customized dental devices using pre-established guidelines.
- Assists with the design of sub-systems and/or elements of automated machinery.
- Assists with the creation of drawings, documents, and bill of materials for fabrication and assembly.
- Assists with the research of new technologies, software, processes, materials, and suppliers.
- Assists with performing tests for development processes as needed.
- Collaborates with Electrical Engineers, Control Engineers, and build team.
- Verifies correct fit and function of assemblies.
- Assists build team with hands on prototyping as required.
- Performs other related duties and projects as business needs require at direction of management.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or minimum five (5) years of related experience in lieu of bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum one (1) year of experience in field.
- Demonstrated work experience applying polymer processing methods.
- Experience with SolidWorks and analysis tools
- Experience with Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerance
- Advanced skills in the MS Office suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
- Must possess effective oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel in a professional and effective manner.
Pay Range: $32.00-$38.00/hr
Leveling and actual compensation dependent on skills and experience.
