Job Summary
The Product Operations Manager role serves as one of the most critical insurance product leaders on the payer product and operations team. In this role you will be responsible for working with internal and external partners to fully operationalize Prisma's new and existing health insurnace products. The product portfolio includes Medicaid MCO, Medicare Advantage, Individual, and a suite of Commercial products. This role will also ensure complete alignment between the enterprise payer strategy and the product portfolio - making recommendations for alterations to existing products and introduce new products. This role is the ultimate owner for new product development - ideation to go-live, and on-going product success.

Accountabilities
- Collaboration, leadership and management of external partners (ex. TPA, PBM, Captive Manager, etc) - 30%
- Informing enterprise payer strategy, specifically focused on health insurance product portfolio – 5%
- Collaboration, leadership and management of internal partners (ex. Sales, Acct Mgmt, Clinical Mgmt, etc) - 20%
- Develop and execute product project plans from ideation/strategy to implementation/go-live – 30%
- Serve as Product SME for training, marketing and communications, and other knowledge transfer opportunities – 10%
- Collaborate with Product team to inform revisions, additions, and new product offerings – 5%
- Bachelor's Degree - Product Development, Industrial or Process engineer, Project Management, Business & Finance or relavant Healthcare degree
- 7 years - Healthcare Project, Product, and or Process Management
