Working as an Inventory Control Specialist, you can expect the following:
- Develop in depth working knowledge of PrintStream and PSI
- Responsible for inventory control of all fulfillment items • Responsible for insuring accurate reporting of inventory using PrintStream/Dokshop
- Responsible for insuring product received from Production for Dokshop inventory is accurate and all counts are accurately posted into PrintStream/Dokshop
- Receive daily reports from PrintStream detailing inventory discrepancies, cycle counts needed
- Perform physical cycle counts and inventory adjustment counts
- Reconcile actual counts versus reported counts in PrintStream
- Act on information received from these daily reports in the form of problem solving any discrepancies
- Communicate the specific cause of each discrepancy to plant manager so it can be corrected
- Help solve inventory issues that originate from the CSR and sales team
- Establish a working relationship with Dokshop press and Digital teams to closely monitor make-ready and spoilage counts in PrintStream
- Other duties as assigned.
Enough About Us! Candidate Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of printing and/or 2 years of warehouse inventory control preferred
- In-depth working knowledge of Dokshop fulfillment and print & ship operations
- The employee is required to sit, stand, kneel and crouch
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
