Description
Prisma is seeking a full-time bilingual Human Resources Generalist to help shape the employee experience of approximately 300 employees in our growing marketing logistics company. This role offers the opportunity to help drive recruitment, strengthen workplace culture, and ensure compliance across a multi-location operation.

What You’ll Do
- Oversee key HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, workers’ compensation, and compliance training.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting: posting, interviewing, onboarding, and I-9 verification.
- Provide HR guidance to managers and leadership, including policy interpretation, corrective action support, and employee investigations.
- Administer and track FMLA, ADA, and other leave requests while ensuring compliance with employment laws and training requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor and employment regulations to reduce legal risk and ensure best practices.
- Support HR system as an administrator, with Paycom experience strongly preferred.
Qualifications
What You’ll Bring
- Bilingual in English and Spanish — required.
- Must reside in the Phoenix metro area
- 3–5 years of HR Generalist experience, with proven ability across multiple HR disciplines.
- Strong understanding of employment law, employee relations, and performance management.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (Paycom strongly preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
- Occasional travel as needed.
