- Enter and maintain accurate job information in our ERP/MIS system (Pace) including specifications, schedules, production notes, mailing, fulfillment, and delivery requirements.
- Manage inventory replenishment for assigned customer programs by monitoring inventory and usage, initiating repeat orders, and resolving inventory exceptions.
- Review estimates, artwork, job specifications, and proofs for accuracy and communication changes as needed.
- Monitor work in progress, respond to time-sensitive issues, and proactively address problems that could impact quality or schedule.
- Communicate order status, project updates, and questions with customers, Sales, and internal production teams.
- Partner with Prepress, Digital, Press, Bindery, Grand Format, Fulfillment, Mailing, dokshop, and Shipping to move work through production.
- Submit estimate requests and assist with repeat orders, recurring programs, and customer account support.
- Provide backup and operational support to other Account Managers as needed.
- Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and improve Client Services processes using Lean Principles.
- Learn Prisma's customers, systems, and production processes and take on greater account responsibility as your knowledge grows.
What We're Looking For
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and internal teams.
- Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new technology, ERP/MIS systems, and business processes.
- Ability to manage multiple orders, projects, and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to catch issues before they become problems.
- Basic Microsoft Excel skills, including sorting, filtering, and working with spreadsheets.
- Beginner-level experience with AI tools, or an interest in learning how to use AI to work more efficiently.
- Ability to work independently while being a collaborative, flexible teammate.
- Experience in inside sales, customer service, account management, account coordination, project coordination, order management, inventory management, manufacturing, fulfillment, or print production is a plus.
Education & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred. Experience in customer service, inside sales, operations, manufacturing, print, or another fast-paced, detail-oriented environment is preferred.
What Success Looks Like
Success in this role means producing accurate work, staying ahead of deadlines, catching issues before they become problems, and following through on commitments. You'll keep inventory, customer orders, and production projects moving while being a reliable resource for customers, Sales, Production, and your Client Services teammates.
Growth Opportunity
This role is a great entry point into Prisma Client Services and Account Management, with opportunities to build your knowledge of commercial printing, production operations, and customer accounts while growing into greater account ownership.
