Seidenberg Protzko Eye Associates in Harve De Grace, MD, is seeking a full-time Comprehensive Cataract Surgeon. We have 8 doctors and offices in Aberdeen, Bel Air, Elkton, and Chestertown, Maryland.

We have a need for a Cataract Surgeon to join our team of 3 Surgeons and 5 OD. Enjoy stepping into a busy practice from your first day. We have an excellent patient base and payer mix. Help us nurture our mission to deliver high quality and compassionate care. - Very Attractive Base Salary, a $20,000 Signing / Relocation Bonus, and a Career Starter Bonus of $50,000 payable upon beginning work.

- Collaborative surgical skills review and mentorship by leading surgeons with ability to continue to grow and learn new techniques if needed (e.g. femto, ATIOLs, etc.).
- Physician-led administrative team, focused on strategic growth and brand marketing, with an eye on securing the future.
