PRISM Talent Group is hiring Front of House Hospitality Professionals to support premier hotels, restaurants, country clubs, catering companies, cafés, stadiums, and special events throughout Southern California.
Whether you're an experienced Server, Bartender, Banquet Server, Banquet Captain, Host/Hostess, Food Runner, Busser, Barista, Cashier, Concession Worker, or Guest Services professional, we'd love to connect with you.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities vary by assignment and may include:
- Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Welcome and assist guests with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve food and beverages while maintaining high service standards.
- Prepare beverages, coffee, or cocktails as assigned.
- Support banquet and event service.
- Maintain clean, organized dining and guest areas.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen, event, and management teams.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in one or more front of house hospitality roles preferred.
- Strong communication and guest service skills.
- Friendly, professional, and dependable.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- California Food Handler Card and/or Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification may be required depending on the assignment.
