Position Summary
The Part-Time Bookkeeper will be responsible for managing the company’s day-to-day bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks Online. The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, and experienced in bookkeeping for a small to mid-sized business.
Responsibilities
· Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online
· Record accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
· Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
· Process vendor payments and customer invoices
· Prepare monthly financial reports
· Assist with budgeting and cash flow tracking
· Maintain general ledger accounts
· Prepare documentation for CPA and year-end tax reporting
· Monitor expenses and identify discrepancies
· Organize digital financial records and supporting documentation
· Assist with payroll reporting and employee reimbursements as needed
· Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting best practices
Pay: $25.13 - $30.26 per hour
