This position is located in Sherman, TX, to be considered for one of these positions you must live within a 35 mile radius of Sherman, TX.

Job Purpose
Provide hazardous materials and decontamination services in the semi-conductor industry involving chemicals, gases, industrial waste, asbestos, lead, and mold. This is a specialized service that we provide to our clients. We will train you. However, you must follow specific directions, wear appropriate personal protective equipment that we provide (PPE), and follow all safety procedures, work well in a team environment, perform tasks efficiently and follow directions.
Essential Functions
The work will primarily consist of the disassembly of equipment, piping, ductwork and other infrastructure as needed to meet the client’s goals.
The use of hand-tools, ladders, mobile equipment (pallet jack, forklift, scissor lift) will be a component of the work.

Must be able to work with various hand tools and powered tools safely and effectively, lifting devices and material movers.
Must be able to work from heights, in confined spaces, in hot/cold environments and under adverse conditions.
Must be able to work nights and weekends.

Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The incumbent occasionally lifts heavy objects, walks, and stands for extended periods of time and performs strenuous physical labor under adverse field conditions. Must be able to bend and carry tools.
The employee lifts, pushes, pulls, or carries objects; uses abdominal and lower back muscles to provide support over time without fatigue. The position requires good manual dexterity (hand, hand with arm, two hands) and multi-limb coordination. The position requires the ability to quickly move arms and legs.
Position Type / Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. The schedule is 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday - Friday. This position occasionally requires holiday, and weekend work.

Required Education and Experience
40-hour HAZWOPER a plus.
Must be able to pass a background check.
Must be able to complete a physical with emphasis on lungs due to respirator use.
High School education, GED or equivalent.
Bilingual.
