What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounts Receivable Specialist position at Prism Resources?
Prism Resources connects corporate talent with South Florida's top companies. Our client is a large, established corporation with a global presence. They are on the hunt for an Accounts Receivable professional to collect outstanding payments in a timely manner.

What you'll be doing:
- Identify outstanding account receivables and take action to facilitate timely payments.
- Contact clients and discuss overdue payments.
- Resolve billing and customer credit issues.
- Research historical data for debts and bills.
- Process payments and refunds.
- Maintain/update account status records.
- Prepare/present collection reports
- Resolve customer disputes and shortages.
- Perform administrative related duties such as filing correspondence
What you'll need:
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- Excellent knowledge of collection and billing procedures.
- MS Office, and comfortable working with large ERP systems
