Marketing Support
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials such as social media posts, newsletters, email campaigns, and promotional content.
- Support planning and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Conduct competitor and industry research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Help manage social media channels and monitor performance analytics.
- Update website content (where applicable).
- Assist in lead generation and qualification activities.
- Help maintain CRM systems by updating customer information and tracking interactions.
- Support sales team with proposals, presentations, and customer follow-ups.
- Perform market mapping and identify potential customer segments.
- Participate in outreach efforts, including email and call campaigns.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for marketing and sales initiatives.
- Analyze campaign metrics and provide insights to improve future performance.
- Support data entry, tracking, and reporting related to pipelines and sales activities.
- Assist with coordination of events, meetings, and marketing activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams as needed.
- Perform general administrative tasks to support the department.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with marketing principles and sales processes.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms
