Essential Responsibilities
- Prepare and package orders for shipment daily
- Assist with receiving and processing incoming inventory
- Complete cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy
- Inspect incoming products and report any damage
- Stock inventory in designated warehouse locations
- Ensure proper inventory rotation and monitor product expiration dates
- Inspect and process returned products
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
- Provide excellent service and professionalism when interacting with patients, clients, and team members
- Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and compliance requirements
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- One year of shipping, warehouse, inventory, or related experience preferred
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
- Positive, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Physical Requirements
- Frequently lift and carry items weighing up to 10 pounds
- Occasionally lift items weighing more than 10 pounds
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, squatting, reaching, and computer use
- Ability to perform routine warehouse duties throughout the workday
