We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead with strong expertise in SAP Work Management, GIS, Asset Management, and Electric Operations Technologies to lead and support enterprise utility technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in AWS and Java, along with hands-on experience delivering scalable solutions within utility and asset-intensive environments.
This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and operations teams to design, implement, and support integrated technology solutions that improve operational efficiency and asset visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise solutions related to SAP Work Management and utility operations.
- Drive integration efforts between GIS platforms, asset management systems, and operational technologies.
- Provide technical leadership for Electric Operations technology initiatives and utility modernization programs.
- Architect and develop cloud-based solutions leveraging AWS services and Java technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Oversee application architecture, system integrations, performance optimization, and production support activities.
- Guide development teams through best practices in coding, deployment, testing, and CI/CD processes.
- Support troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution across integrated systems.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise security, governance, and operational standards.
- Participate in solution reviews, technical documentation, and stakeholder presentations.
