Job Title: Industrial Engineer / Manufacturing Engineer – Robotics
Location: Raymond, OH / Marysville, Ohio
Salary:
$80K – $85K Relocation
Experience Required: 8 Years
Responsibilities:
- Execute manufacturing/robotics project activities including:
- Plant investigation
- Feasibility studies
- Development engineering
- Problem tracking and solution development
- Perform:
- Interference analysis
- Clearance analysis
- Weld spot distribution planning
- Cycle time validation
- Develop and write:
- Equipment specifications
- Robot specifications
- Process specifications
- Conduct robot reach studies and robotic simulations.
- Support robotic simulations for:
- Welding processes
- Sealing processes
- Material handling
- Paint operations
- Final assembly
- Provide engineering support for:
- New vehicle model introduction
- Production ramp-up initiatives
- Manufacturing line innovation/renovation
- Coordinate effectively with onsite and offshore engineering teams.
- Manage engineering project deliverables and execution activities.
Required Skills:
- 8 years of Robotics Engineering experience.
- Strong expertise in:
- 3DX / 3DEXPERIENCE (Mandatory)
- Robotic Simulation
- Manufacturing / Industrial Engineering
- Knowledge of:
- Weld processes
- Paint operations
- Final assembly manufacturing
- Strong project management and coordination skills.
- Delmia V5 – Preferred
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
Salary : $80,000 - $85,000
