Prism Healthcare provides in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and young adults (ages 1-21) diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Our therapy model is play-based, compassionate, and supervised by Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). We're looking for dedicated Behavior Therapists to deliver 1:1 care that drives real outcomes.
Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site position in Blythe, CA, for an Entry-Level Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Provider. The Behavioral Therapist will work directly with children, using evidence-based ABA techniques to promote skill development and reduce challenging behaviors. Key responsibilities include conducting therapy sessions, observing and reporting on client progress, implementing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with supervisors and families to ensure therapy goals are met.
Qualifications
· High school diploma or GED.
· Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
· Ability to pass TB test and DOJ/FBI background check.
· Physically capable of lifting 35 lbs and working at floor level with children.
· Commitment of at least 6-12 months to the position.
Preferred Qualifications
· Childcare, tutoring, or direct care experience.
· ABA therapy or special needs experience.
· Afternoon and/or weekend availability.
· Spanish-speaking strongly preferred.
Pay
· $18.00 - $22.00/hour.
