Behavior Therapist | Entry-Level ABA Provider (Part-Time | Banning, CA)
About Prism Healthcare
Prism Healthcare provides in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and young adults (ages 1-21) diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Our therapy model is play-based, compassionate, and supervised by Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). We're looking for dedicated Behavior Therapists to deliver 1:1 care that drives real outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
· Deliver individualized, play-based ABA therapy in-home or in the community.
· Follow behavior intervention plans developed by a supervising BCBA.
· Collect and document data on client behavior and progress during each session.
· Maintain consistent, professional communication with families.
· Uphold client safety and adhere to HIPAA and clinical quality standards.
Required Qualifications
· High school diploma or GED.
· Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
· Ability to pass TB test and DOJ/FBI background check.
· Physically capable of lifting 35 lbs and working at floor level with children.
· Commitment of at least 6-12 months to the position.
Preferred Qualifications
· Childcare, tutoring, or direct care experience.
· ABA therapy or special needs experience.
· Afternoon and/or weekend availability.
· Spanish-speaking strongly preferred.
Pay & Schedule
· $18.00 - $22.00/hour.
· Flexible part-time schedule.
· Shifts typically after school hours; optional weekend hours available.
