Responsibilities:
LMS Implementation & Management
- Lead the configuration, rollout, and ongoing administration of iSprings LMS.
- Upload, organize, and maintain training content and user data.
- Monitor user engagement, track progress, and generate reports.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and develop engaging training materials (e.g., videos, presentations, quizzes).
- Schedule and coordinate in-person and virtual training sessions.
- Ensure training programs align with company goals, compliance requirements, and employee development needs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for training-related inquiries.
- Provide technical support and guidance to users navigating the LMS.
- Communicate training opportunities and updates across departments.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Stay current with industry best practices in adult learning and instructional design.
- Identify opportunities to enhance employee onboarding, safety training, and leadership development.
- Proven experience with Learning Management Systems (iSprings preferred).
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
- Experience developing training content using tools like PowerPoint or similar.
- Familiarity with instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; bonus for experience with video editing or graphic design tools.
- Prior experience in construction, skilled trades, or safety training is a plus.
