Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming tools, equipment, and material in accordance with company protocols.
• Organize, label, and store tools, equipment, and material in designated locations within the warehouse.
• Quarterly conduct physical inventory counts of tools and equipment and reconcile discrepancies with recorded data.
• Monitor inventory levels of tools to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained and anticipate reordering needs.
• Oversee the management of company tools.
• Implement asset tagging and labeling systems to uniquely identify and track tools.
• Keep detailed records of asset movement, usage, maintenance, and repairs.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure timely and accurate allocation of tools.
• Prepare and fulfill orders, ensuring accurate picking, packing, and shipping of products.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment to promote safety and efficiency.
• Assist with loading and unloading of shipments, both incoming and outgoing.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and resolve any operational challenges.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues, supervisors, and other relevant departments.
• Using a combination of text, calls, and emails.
• Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements related to inventory and asset management.
  
  

The job requires working in all elements, depending on job location, time of year, heat, cold, and rain. Wear personal protective equipment (hard hat, safety glasses always), respirator when required. Able to work 8 -10 hours per day, 40 hours per week, and overtime as required and night shifts. Includes crawling, standing, stooping, bending, crouching, kneeling, sitting, reaching, able to routinely lift heavy objects more than 50 pounds and pushing and pulling of objects is required. Repetitive use of arms, hands, and fingers. Physical work is a primary part (more than 70%) of the job.
