Responsibilities:
- Runsfire alarm wire to NFPAstandards.Lifting, performing repetitive motions, using hand,powertoolsand working in alltypes ofweather are demands of this position.
- Responsible for the connection offire alarmpanels,power supplies,wireconcealment.
- Completes all wiring, connections, and equipment installations ensuring that systems are complete and operational according to contract requirementsincluding installation ofall fire alarmdevices.
- Troubleshootsfire alarmsystem installations to ensure that they are functioning properly and that they meet local, county, state, and/or federal codes and any licensing and/or insurancerequirements.
- Completes miscellaneoustasks asassigned bymanager.
- Be able to do JHA and daily reports.
- Must have a TexasFire Alarm License (FAL)
- Able to install and service many differentfirealarmmanufacturers.
- High School Diploma orcommensurateexperience
- Twoyears’ experience inthe installation of fire alarmSystemspreferred.
- PC Proficient
- Valid Driver’s License
- Must be able to pass drug and backgroundscreens.
