Responsibilities:
- Answers and directs phone calls to appropriate personnel.
- Contributes to positive company impression by courteously greeting and directing visitors at the corporate office.
- Responsible for lobby appearance and cleanliness.
- Provides clerical support to corporate office personnel by scheduling conference rooms, coordinating overnight packages, opening, sorting, and distributing mail, making copies, and filing documents.
- Supports accounting by finding and matching vendor information for check distribution; Data entry in accounting software and use of spreadsheets for tracking of accounting data.
Requirements:
- Proven receptionist or administrative assistant experience.
- Bilingual (Spanish) highly preferred
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- PC and typing proficiency.
