Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally and courteously.
- Assist with invoice preparation, processing, and follow-up.
- Make accounts receivable reminder calls and communicate with customers regarding outstanding balances.
- Maintain customer records and filing systems.
- Provide general administrative support to management and field personnel.
- Assist with data entry, document preparation, and correspondence.
- Receive and distribute mail and deliveries.
- Support various office projects and tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous administrative or office experience preferred but willing to train.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
