Prism is a small, Seattle-based ABA agency focused on quality care for children and families. We’re owned and operated by an Autistic BCBA, and we lead with play, connection, compassion, and practical skills that support clients throughout life.

What You’ll Do
As a BCBA at Prism, you’ll provide thoughtful, individualized behavior analytic support while collaborating closely with families and team members.
Clinical / Case Management
- Develop and oversee ABA treatment plans and behavior support plans
- Use data to guide clinical decisions and ensure client progress
- Conduct assessments as needed (ex: VB-MAPP, ABLLS, Vineland, FBA tools)
- Build skill acquisition programming using evidence-based strategies
- Collaborate with teachers, SLPs, OTs, and other providers
- Provide caregiver coaching and practical training that families can actually use
Supervision Team Support
- Provide supportive supervision, coaching, and training to direct staff (ISS)
- Review session notes and provide consistent feedback
- Help ensure services are ethical, consistent, and aligned with client goals
Professional Responsibilities
- Maintain clear, compliant documentation (notes, plans, supervision logs)
- Participate in team/mentorship meetings
- Follow BACB Ethics Code, HIPAA, and Prism policies
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in ABA, Special Education, or related field
- Active BCBA certification
- Active WA LBA license
- Able to become credentialed with contracted insurance agencies within 90 days
- Valid WA driver’s license reliable transportation (this role includes travel)

Schedule Work Environment
This role includes services in homes, schools, and community settings and requires travel between sessions. Some early/late appointments may be needed depending on family availability.
Physical demands may include working at a computer, standing/walking, and safely responding to behavioral escalation when required.
