- We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Engineer to support a major Salesforce transformation program, including Financial Services Cloud (FSC) implementation and system integrations. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance CRM capabilities, streamline asset management processes, and ensure a seamless post-transaction migration between two organizations.Required Skills
- Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Implement and integrate Salesforce applications with enterprise and third-party systems.
- Develop and maintain custom objects, workflows, triggers, validation rules, and reports.
- Configure Salesforce for asset tracking, lifecycle management, and depreciation workflows.
- Build and maintain custom dashboards and analytics for asset management metrics.
- Ensure data integrity, governance, and smooth migration across integrated systems.
- Collaborate with asset managers, business analysts, and IT teams to gather requirements.
- Provide ongoing application support, troubleshooting, and system optimization.
- 6 8 years of Salesforce development experience.
- Hands-on expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and REST APIs.
- Experience with Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and/or Industry Clouds.
- Proven background in Salesforce integration with external asset management systems.
- Strong understanding of data migration, quality assurance, and deployment best practices.
- Excellent collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills.
