About the Role:
The Dealer Merchant Services Marketing Assistant supports marketing initiatives that drive awareness, adoption, and revenue for merchant services offered through dealer and partner channels. This role assists with campaign execution, dealer enablement materials, and day-to-day marketing operations, helping ensure consistent branding and effective communication across the dealer network.
Responsibilities:
- Convention management – Manage a monthly, quarterly and annual calendar for all association and relationship events. Manage registration, payment, attendees and logistics.
- Convention Follow Up – Assist with any follow up necessary from a drip campaign perspective.
- Webinars – ensure we are taking advantage of all webinar opportunities and staying in front of them.
- Contractual obligations – Make sure we are taking advantage of every opportunity by association.
- Board – Know board members and ensure when we travel, the attendees have a list of all attendees, board members and ADA members.
- Ensure Annual contract obligations are met.
- Relationship / Travel sharing – retain all BDR and DMS travel plans.
- General accountability – Ensure the relationship is solid and make regular check-ins.
- Manage all creative trafficking – This includes all vendors and ADA requests as needed.
- Manage all vendor relationships – Make sure there is accountability on all deliverables.
- General social media posting for things not planned that come up quickly.
- Ensure the team is aware of campaign deployments.
- Website – responsible for all content on the website to make sure it’s accurate and up to date.
- Power Point – webinar and all deck management (including any meeting decks requested) and upkeep.
- Encourage and build strategies to promote team social media contribution.
- SWAG – management of DMS gifts to clients and swag for conventions.
- Maintain a marketing sheet to include monthly / quarterly / annual budgets and ROI.
- Forecast plans based on high ROI campaigns.
- Track ROI via Google Analytics and where traffic is coming from.
What Success Looks Like:
- Marketing campaigns and dealer communications are executed on time and align with brand and messaging standards.
- Dealer-facing materials are current, easy to use, and support sales conversations.
- Requests from dealers and sales teams are handled promptly and professionally.
- Marketing calendars, asset libraries, and project trackers are well organized and up to date.
- Administrative tasks (reporting, vendor coordination, invoices) are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Dealers consistently have the tools and information they need to promote merchant services.
- Sales teams view marketing as responsive, reliable, and easy to work with.
- Dealer engagement improves through clear communications, promotions, and enablement materials.
- Feedback from dealers is captured and shared with marketing leadership for continuous improvement.
- Marketing campaigns meet or exceed engagement expectations (open rates, click-throughs, dealer participation).
- Reporting is accurate and provides useful insights into what is working and what can be improved.
Candidate Requirements:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1–3 years of experience in a marketing, sales support, or administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Experience in merchant services, payments, financial services, or dealer/channel marketing.
- Familiarity with CRM or marketing tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo).
- Basic understanding of digital marketing (email, social media, web analytics).
- Experience supporting sales or partner enablement initiatives.

Compensation and Benefits:
Compensation range: $63,100 - $78,400
