Requirements
What You’ll Do
- Deliver proactive, high-touch customer service to import clients, ensuring every shipment receives the Ultimate Customer Experience.
- Track and trace import shipments from arrival to delivery, providing accurate updates and resolving any service issues promptly.
- Manage and organize shared email inboxes, ensuring clear communication and timely responses.
- Support the import team with documentation, billing, and data entry for shipments and brokerage.
- Coordinate with global partners, carriers, and internal departments to ensure smooth, compliant cargo movement.
- Learn international import processes, including customs regulations and documentation requirements.
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment built on collaboration, accountability, and mutual support.
What You Bring
- 1 year of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or customer service preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and genuine interest in international logistics.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with CargoWise is a strong asset.
- Reliable, adaptable, and eager to grow in a global organization.

- Salary: $50,000–$60,000 annually (based on experience)
