Job Purpose
In your role as a logistics customer support specialist, you will help facilitate the operations of the waste cycle and work as a liaison between customers and drivers. In this role you communicate over the phone, via chat, video, and monitoring technology to ensure efficient service to our customers in residential and commercial lines of business. You will work as team to drive enhancements in both our customer and driver experience by providing real time logistics support in a dynamic environment.

Duties And Responsibilities
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Compiles carrier and route assignments and provides assistance remotely from our corporate office to employees in the field.
- Collaborates and communicates with logistics technicians, customer service representatives, quality personnel, and others involved in the waste removal cycle.
- Performs daily assignments to meet the required daily logistics activities safely and efficiently.
- Interacts with employees and outside customers via phone, Microsoft Teams Chat and Video.
- Tracks, traces, and updates the status of daily waste removal routes to internal teams.
- Participates in continuous improvement training and assists with training drivers on technology and procedures.
- Remotely monitors waste storage areas, waste documentation, equipment, and procedures from the corporate office.
- Quickly resolves customer service with a solution-focused mindset.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.
- Bachelors Degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management a plus but not required.
- Familiar with laws, regulations, and ISO requirements as they apply to logistics is plus but not required.
- Good computer skills, especially working knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to make decisions and resolve issues quickly to maintain strong customer and driver satisfaction.
- Drive a culture of Do It Safe, Do It Right the First Time with actions and words daily.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and within a team dynamic as needed.

Salary : $50,827 - $60,105
