Duties may include, but not be limited to:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including posting jobs, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating offers.
- Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee questions regarding policies, benefits, and workplace issues.
- Administer employee benefits and assist with open enrollment processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Support performance management processes, including evaluations and employee development initiatives.
- Handle employee relations matters; including conducting investigations and helping to resolve workplace concerns.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Prepare HR reports, metrics, and workforce data as needed.
- Handle FMLA, Workers Compensation, and leaves of absences.
- Involvement in creating and implementing new policies and procedures.
- Support HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
The successful candidate profile includes:
- Degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 2 years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist role or related position.
- HRIS system experience preferred.
- Ability to quickly adapt to changes.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is preferred.
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite including, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
