Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Financial Services Representative based in Houston, TX 77075. The role involves assisting members with a wide range of financial needs, including account management, financial transactions, and providing guidance on various financial products such as loans, investments, and insurance. The Financial Services Representative will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, proactively understanding member needs, and offering tailored financial solutions to help them achieve their goals.
Minimum Job Requirements
• 5 applications per day
• $300K Booked Loans.
• 2 Share/Share Draft opened daily.
• 2 Specialty accounts opened monthly.
• 40% GAP sales monthly
• 40% Warranty sales monthly
• 46% Credit Life sales monthly
• 36% Credit Disability sales monthly
• 20 outbound sales calls per day
• Contact 100% of members after loan approval to secure booking.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of finance and financial services, including generating application through funding auto and personal loans.
- Understanding of investments and insurance products, with the ability to guide members in making informed decisions.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on relationship-building and personalized support.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts clearly to members.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering a positive member experience.
- Prior experience in financial services, banking, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in financial software and standard office tools is advantageous.
- Spanish speaking is preferable.
