Role Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Escrow Officer to join our team in the Gold River office in Sacramento. This is a full-time, on-site role. The Escrow Officer will handle the administration of residential real estate transactions, coordinate closings, ensure legal and regulatory compliance, and provide exceptional service to all clients. The role also involves managing escrow accounts, preparing settlement documents, and collaborating with all parties to ensure smooth and timely transactions.
Qualifications
- Experience in Closings, Escrow procedures, and Notary Services
- Strong knowledge of Residential Real Estate processes
- Excellent Customer Service skills with a client-first mindset
- Attention to detail, organizational, and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in escrow and title software and related technologies
