We are seeking a skilled Field Safety Lead to join a clients team located in Romeoville, IL. The ideal candidate will possess a strong Safety background. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent problem-solving skills who can work independently as well as part of a team. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and sustaining comprehensive EHS programs, policies, and training initiatives that align with both regional and company-wide objectives. With a focus on achieving Federal, State, and local safety standards, the position will guide the execution of EHS initiatives, support site-level compliance.This role is has a pay range of $30-$35/hour. Responsibilities IncludeImplement, Train, and provide support to facily in management system execution, auditing, local process development/updates, and trainings.Lead and conduct detailed hazard assessments for a variety of initiatives; identify and recommend appropriate risk control measures; lead and assist site in conducting effective root cause analyses for incidents and trends.Coordinate all aspects of HSE program.Maintian and manage safety & training documentation.Perform Site Safety Observations for High Voltage, Field Service, and Major Projects.Coordinate accident and incident investigations.Provide Safety & Environmental guidance and advice for programs and procedures.Other duties and responsibilities as determined by Supervisors.
