Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Closing Coordinator to support nightly logistics operations by coordinating vehicle and key check-in, collecting and securing company equipment, assisting with sweeper route coverage, and ensuring assets are properly prepared for the next workday.
Duties
- Coordinate van and key check-in with strong attention to detail.
- Provide sweeper route coverage and complete nightly closing duties.
- Check in vans at the end of each shift.
- Collect company equipment from delivery associates.
- Secure equipment and ensure it is stored properly.
- Set up equipment and stow containers for the next workday.
- Report company vehicle or property issues to the leadership team.
- Serve as a direct communication link between leadership and delivery associates.
