In this role, you'll work directly with homeowners who have experienced storm-related roof damage, helping guide them through the insurance claims and roof replacement process. This is a consultative sales position focused on providing exceptional customer service and solutions—not high-pressure sales tactics.
What You'll Do
- Meet with homeowners to assess roofing needs following storm damage
- Educate customers on the insurance claim and roof replacement process
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Communicate effectively with homeowners, insurance representatives, and internal teams
- Manage projects from initial consultation through completion
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout the process

- Sales experience is helpful but not required
