We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Fleet Manager to oversee the management of our company vehicles.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage all aspects of vehicle maintenance and scheduling
- Coordinate and schedule truck repairs and servicing
- Handle vehicle registrations, insurance, and compliance paperwork
- Conduct physical inspections of company vehicles
- Ensure all trucks are clean, organized, and ready for daily operations
- Keep maintenance records up to date
- Communicate with vendors and service providers for fleet needs
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of office administration experience
- Clean driving and criminal records is mandatory
- Fleet or vehicle management experience strongly preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment (Monday–Friday)
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance is a plus
Pay & Benefits:
- $19–$22 per hour (depending on experience)
