Automatic Pool Cover Technician
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Automatic Pool Cover Technician to join our team. This position involves working in the field as part of a small crew servicing existing automatic pool covers and installing new electric and hydraulic automatic pool cover systems. Full training will be provided to the right candidate.
Duties & Essential Job Functions
- Service and repair existing automatic pool cover systems.
- Install automatic pool covers on new and existing swimming pools.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and operational issues.
- Collaborate with other technicians to solve complex service problems.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and professionally.
- Other Functions & Responsibilities
- Maintain inventory and parts stock in assigned service vehicle.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
- Keep work areas clean and organized.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Connecticut driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to read and write English.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn.
- Experience in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, construction, or related trades is preferred but not required.
- Experience using hand tools and power tools.

Technicians work outdoors daily at customer locations and must be comfortable performing physical labor throughout the workday.
Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- Typical start time: 7:00 AM
- Typical end time: 5:00 PM
- Overtime opportunities may be available
