Finance Manager

Priority One is expanding our F&I department and hiring a new Specialty (Sub-Prime) Business Manager. This opportunity will provide you the freedom to manage your workflow and control your own income while working mostly remote with occasional in-office days. Priority One, located in downtown St. Petersburg, is the nation’s leading Finance and Insurance outsource company. Priority One takes the place of a costly in-house F&I department. You will be handling all aspects of the department from obtaining loan approvals, selling products, to closing the customer. Your position will be evaluated on securing loan approvals, achieving back-end product sales and funding ratios. The position is responsible for building rapport with your assigned dealer base. This is a funding and product sales position, not a cold-calling lead generating position. We are looking for local candidates only.

Requirements:

• Previous automotive, marine, and/or RV F&I experience is a plus
• Mortgage brokers, originators, etc. will be considered
• Product sales utilizing a menu a plus
• Exemplary phone communication and inside sales skills
• Confident and outgoing with a motivated attitude
• Goal and result driven, motivated by winning
• Able to quickly build rapport and maintain lasting relationships
• Self-motivated fast learner
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft 365 (formerly O365)
• Ability to work a minimum of two Saturdays a month

This position has a competitive compensation package with a base salary, commission and funding incentives. Pay: $65,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
