What You’ll Do:
Greet service customers and act as their primary point of contact
Accurately write repair orders and clearly explain recommended services
Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure timely repairs
Provide updates to customers and ensure expectations are met or exceeded
Build trust and long-term relationships with customers
Upsell maintenance and repair services ethically and transparently
What We’re Looking For:
Previous Service Advisor experience preferred (automotive experience strongly valued)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask in a high-volume service environment
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Experience with CDK or similar DMS a plus
