Priority Mechanical Contractors, a leading mechanical contracting firm, has been serving Maryland, DC, and Virginia for more than 45 years. Property management companies, general contractors, energy services companies (ESCOs), and developers in the Mid-Atlantic area have relied on PMC to handle their mechanical needs.
We are currently seeking HVAC Technicians with a minimum of 10 years commercial and residential service/ installation experience to join our team. Up to a $5000 signing bonus. Competitive compensation based on work experience. Benefits include a company vehicle with gas card, telephone, uniforms, paid leave, health, dental, vision, and life insurance, 401(k) with company match, and 10 paid holidays. Weekly pay, annual performance review, and performance bonus.
- Must have a CFC Type I & II certification or better.
- Must have a MD HVAC Apprentice license or better.
- Multi-Family and Light to Medium Commercial/Industrial project experience.
- Troubleshooting, service and repair of split systems, RTUs, mini-splits, Fans, VRF / VRV Systems.
- Minor low voltage control experience and knowledge of line voltage wiring as it pertains to HVAC systems.
- Installation of refrigeration and condensate piping.
- Central Plant experience a plus.
- Previous Sheet Metal experience is a plus.
- Must hold a valid drivers' license with a safe driving record.
- Must be able to perform duties in compliance with OSHA regulations.
