We are St. Joseph Continuing Care Center the beautiful, state-of-the-art facility providing world-class care to our wonderful residents. We are under new leadership and are committed to becoming the destination of choice for long-term senior care. We are growing our team and adding Amazing Healthcare Professionals. What we need to get there is a motivated Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse who wants to be part of a great team and to be committed to growing her/his talents under the guidance of an amazing DON, talented, supportive ADON, and great clinical staff.
Shifts available are as followed:
7am - 3pm Monday through Friday
3pm - 11pm Weekend
3pm - 11pm Monday through Friday
11pm - 7am
7am - 11pm Weekend Optional

What You’ll be Doing
- Conferring with the Medical Director and the attending physician regarding specific residents assigned to you.
- Consulting with the physician concerning resident evaluation and assist the Director of Nursing in planning and developing the nursing services to be performed for the resident.
- Helping your team members grow their careers—you will change lives!
- Examining residents and their records and charts to distinguish between normal and abnormal findings in order to recognize early stages of serious physical, emotional or mental problems.
- Performing administrative duties regarding assigned residents, such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charting, etc.

Qualifications:- Must have a current LPN/LVN or RN license in good standing with the State Board of Nursing
